We want you to love everything you buy from KurdNova. If something isn’t right, we make returns simple and hassle-free.

Return Window

You have 48 hours (2 days) from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Please act quickly — requests after this window will not be accepted.

Inspect Before the Driver Leaves

We strongly recommend that you inspect and try on your item while the delivery driver is still present. If there is any issue — wrong size, wrong item, or visible damage — let the driver know immediately and they will take it back at no cost to you.

Return Delivery Fee

If the driver has already left and you wish to return an item, the cost of return delivery is the responsibility of the customer. You will need to arrange and pay for a driver to return the item to us. This policy exists because delivery in Kurdistan is handled by taxi drivers, and each trip carries a cost.

The only exception is if you received a wrong or defective item — in that case we will cover the return delivery cost in full.

How to Return

Contact us via WhatsApp at +964 751 788 2344 within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, the reason for your return, and a photo if the item is damaged. Our team will confirm the return and guide you through the next steps.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required
  • Items must not show signs of wear, washing, or damage
  • Return must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery

Refunds

Refunds are returned to you in cash, delivered to your address — you do not need to come anywhere. Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, your cash refund will be delivered the next day. We will notify you by WhatsApp before it is sent.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll arrange an exchange. Subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Underwear and swimwear (hygiene reasons)
  • Personalised or customised items
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Items returned after the 48-hour window

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We will resolve it immediately and cover the return delivery cost.
